Ben Walnum joined Griffith Company in 2012 and has been a key driver of success within the Structures Division for nearly 13 years, consistently showcasing exceptional expertise and strategic decision-making.

Ben started his Griffith Career with us as a Project Engineer, where his technical acumen quickly became evident. Over the years, he has taken on progressively more challenging roles, advancing from Project Manager to Assistant Division Manager. His strong leadership and emotional
intelligence have been instrumental in guiding teams through complex projects with success.

Beyond his primary duties at Griffith, Ben has played a pivotal role in training engineers and project managers in areas like critical path method scheduling, SketchUp modeling, and environmental compliance. He is also actively involved in the Griffith Company Community Service Initiative (GC4C) and serves as a board member of the AGC Construction Education Foundation.

In 2025, Ben was promoted to Division Manager, where he now oversees all aspects of Griffith’s Structures Division, from estimating to operations.
