Brad Olson joined Griffith Company in 2016 as an Estimator/Project Manager for the Concrete Division, bringing with him over 15 years of industry experience, specializing in heavy civil construction. Upon joining the company, Brad immediately began bidding and managing work throughout the Southern California region, including numerous projects at LAX. Under his leadership Griffith expanded its concrete paving capabilities, leveraging talent and resources to become an industry leader in airport paving projects.

In his role as San Diego Area Manager, Brad has been tasked with expanding Griffith’s presence in the region, with the goal of growing the business and increasing our market share in the area. This includes the $250M ADP Improvements Project at San Diego International Airport, the largest project in the company’s history. Under Brad’s leadership Griffith Company will continue its expansion in the region, with a focus on safety, quality and performance, and a commitment to doing business The Griffith Way.
