On July 18th a few of Griffith Company’s employees and summer interns participated in a community service activity at Hahamongna Watershed Park in the Pasadena area. The Park is located in the Arroyo Seco, is 1300 acres and extends from the northern section of the Devil’s Gate into the San Gabriel Mountains. 

 

Our team of volunteers helped to uproot a number of unwanted weeds so that newly placed plants would have a chance to grow and flourish. After our service activity, our volunteers participated in a game of disc golf at the Park which is home to the first ever disc golf course in the United States. There are over 2,500 disc golf courses across the nation.
