Dan Leeper joined Griffith Company in 2014 as a Project Manager, where he successfully managed numerous projects across various delivery methods while fostering positive client relationships. Initially working in the Structures Division, Dan later transferred to the Southern Region. 

In 2019, Dan earned a promotion to Senior Project Manager. In this role, he prioritized the development and growth of his team members. Dan played a pivotal role in shaping Griffith Company’s training program, emphasizing continuous improvement, and benefiting those around him. Dan led the effort to expand upon Griffith’s Project Management Procedures (PMP) Manual and provided company-wide training on various subjects, including CPM Scheduling, Work Plans, and Job Startup.

In 2024, Dan was promoted to Regional Manager for Southern Region where he oversees Griffith Companies largest region. 

Dan has been a licensed civil engineer since 2011.  He brings a unique blend of construction and engineering expertise that expands Griffith Company’s capabilities. Dan also plays an active role in the industry by serving on the AGC of California’s Los Angeles Regional Board and mentoring aspiring engineers working toward their licenses.
