Dennis joined Griffith Company in early 2018 as Director of Construction for the $300 million LAX Enabling Project. He led the construction of over 30 design-build projects that were instrumental in preparing LAX for its expansion in front of the upcoming Olympic Games in Los Angeles. In 2021 he was promoted to Manager of the Underground Division. In this current role he oversees our underground work including Sewer, Water and Storm Drain pipeline installation and concrete drainage structures. Dennis is responsible for the overall success and profitability of the Division.

Prior to coming to Griffith Company Dennis has worked 35 years in the Southern California construction industry starting as a laborer, equipment operator and foreman. The last 15 years Dennis made the transition to management serving as Operations Manager and then Vice President of a large regional contractor overseeing all construction, project management and estimating. Along the way he has honed leadership and mentoring skills while developing strong relationships in the industry with private and public clients, subcontractors, material suppliers and labor unions.
