Mike Fenley joined Griffith in 2015 as Division Manager for the Structure Division. As Division Manager, he is responsible for overseeing Engineering, Estimating, Field Operations, Project Management and the overall success and profitability of the Divisions.

Prior to joining Griffith, Mike worked for over 35 years with a Heavy/Highway Contractor specializing in Bridge and Structure Construction holding the following positions: Field Engineer, Cost Engineer, Project Manager, Structures Estimator, Operation Manager, General Manager and Senior Vice President.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from California State Polytechnic State University, Pomona.

Mike shares the Griffith vision of giving back to the industry, He is a member the College of Engineering “Industry Advisory Board for Civil Engineering and Construction Management” for Cal Poly Pomona, and he also works with Cal Poly’s Reno Competition teams. Mike is also a member of the Caltrans Bridge Contractors Committee and a Caltrans Liaison Committee Member.
