Ryan Aukerman, who has been with Griffith Company for two decades, recently assumed the role of President. His journey began in 2004 as a project engineer, and he swiftly progressed to Estimator/Project Manager while pursuing his degree in Technology and Operations Management at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. In 2011, he became a regional manager, overseeing the southern region and leading significant projects. Ryan’s adeptness in managing large-scale infrastructure projects highlighted his leadership skills. In 2013, he was appointed Vice President and later promoted to Executive Vice President in 2015. In this capacity, he supervised operations, including estimating, project management, and field operations. Ryan played a pivotal role in Griffith Company’s remarkable revenue and profit growth over the past five years. Since 2010, Ryan has held the position of State Director for the AGC of California and the Los Angeles District Board. He actively supports the education foundation and collaborates with various AGC Student Chapters. Additionally, his recent appointment as President of Griffith Company signifies a remarkable achievement in his career.
